Page updated: Tuesday 5th January 2021
Following the Government announcement on Monday 4th January 2021 regarding new COVID restrictions we wanted to take the opportunity to update you with the recent changes.
Whilst our new car showroom and exterior car display areas are not open to the public, our sales team are on-hand to support you remotely and offer a virtual sales experience from the comfort of your own home. Customers can still collect a car, or van, that has been purchased either online or via telephone through our Click & Collect or home delivery* service, however the handover will need to done outside and given the current weather we would recommend you bring a coat.
Click & Collect – all vehicle handovers will take place from our designated exterior handover area and of course as you would expect we will adhere to full social distancing practices.
*Home delivery – will be available subject to your location again in a COVID secure fashion. Please speak to a member of our sales team to discuss further.
Service, Parts and Accident Repair / Bodyshop
Our aftersales departments will remain open as usual for servicing, MOT and Repairs / Bodyshop. We’re maintaining the two metre distancing rule throughout and thoroughly sanitising all surfaces regularly. Our staff are wearing face coverings and we ask our customers to do the same.
We would ask any customer wishing to visit our Aftersales departments to make an appointment if possible so we can manage the number of persons on site at any one time and therefore maintain the Government recommended two metre rule – however we are available for any emergency that may arise. To make a booking you can contact us via telephone, by email or online.
Our team remain on hand to assist with your sales and aftersales enquiries via social media, telephone and email. You are, of course, also able to reserve a vehicle, or book your service and MOT, online by visiting our website.
